- 200g chicken wings
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoon of fresh cilantro
1. In a bowl, mix the curry, garlic, ginger, chili, soy sauce, agave syrup, oil and sesame seeds.
2. Add the wings and mix well until the wings are covered with the sauce.
3. Lay out on a baking sheet and put in the oven until golden.
4. Sprinkle with peanuts, fresh herbs and serve with lime wedges.
