Caribbean pitas


- 200g chicken meat
- 70g of cherry tomatoes
- 80g of canons
- 1 avocado
- 40g of red onion
- 90g of mango cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 2 pita bread
- Salt and pepper


1. In a lightly oiled frying pan, cook the chicken until golden; set aside.
2. Prepare guacamole by mixing the mashed avocado with the onion, mango, coriander and the juice and zest of the lime. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Cut the pita bread in half and open. Fill them with chicken, canon and guacamole.
Optional: toast the bread.


In a frying pan: 1-2 MINS.

  1. Open the tray of Kebab.
  2. Empty into a frying pan with hot oil.
  3. Cook in a medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously.

In the microwave: 1 MIN.

  1. Take out the kebabs from its tray.
  2. Put into a microwave safe dish.
  3. Heat for 1 min at 800W.
